- Best Marketing training in the world - Amazing, very smart people - Driven to improve - Clear strategies, structures, and frameworks to inform doing marketing work for the rest of your career

- Very high pressure - Despite best intentions, poor work life balance - Very hierarchical, political organization. Can spend more time internally influencing than doing critical path work.
