Outstanding financial management, terrific products, generally treat employees fairly well (not in all cases)

Cons

The company is so DEI and Woke that it has been impeding the mission for decades. Truly disgusting.

Pros

Good company to settle for life Good opportunities to move around the company and get a variety of experiences Most of the people are very nice and supportive

Cons

All the cons are with the Auburn Plant location - Maine is not an ideal place for those who have lived in a major city - Maine is a difficult place to make friends - 95% of employees in this location are from University of Maine and they all have a certain way of thinking - Minimum of 10 hours per day
