Pros

Steady work and available overtime without the mandatory OT at other places No required contribution to obtain full profit share Free product giveaway twice/year Traveling sale once/year Existing student loan contribution administered by SoFi (max $10k lifetime)

Cons

Poor leadership - Poor communication & direction Investor-over-employee mentality Benefits - Costly premiums but with little coverage and an ever-shrinking list of enlisted providers Profit share has been reduced by 57% the last several years Company does not strive to be a top employer in the area as they once did by listening to employees and paying top wages with top benefits Too many responsibilities for the wage
