Pros

Company prefers to promote within via current employees. Can have a long career at this company

Cons

Corporate politics will take you far or be an obstacle that stunts growth. If you don’t have good leadership, can get stuck and feel stagnant

Pros

Double time on the 2 Sundays you work during the month. Every other weekend off. 2-2-3 schedule. Plenty of PTO with the option to purchase more. Safety oriented

Cons

Swing shift. Some of the people here are real jerks and will go out of there way to hurt your chances of staying employed here.
