Schedule is awful, rotating days and nights every other set of shifts. 2 days on, 2 off, then swaps to nights for 2 or 3 shifts. 12 hour shifts. Very bad for mental and physical health, as well as work life balance. And very hard to get a days only shift. Also, a lot of pressure on employees from upper management to do 5 million things at once. They have unrealistic expectations, and most of the business leaders don’t know how to fix problems and maintain lines like technicians, so it’s unfair to expect so much from technicians.
