Pros

You get to work with the smartest people and learn from them. As a hire from within company everyone is keenly interested in your development and career. There are some great opportunities to do some amazing things.

Cons

P&G is notoriously slow at promoting folks especially at the lower levels. Also there is a great variance in workload depending on the brand you work on. Some brands are known to be better at work life balance than others.

Pros

This is a fabulous company to work with. The focus on employee growth is unbelievable. The opportunities are boundless, the people are the best of the best, and the learning is tremendous. in general, a great place to work, learn and grow

Cons

Some of the folks who join straight from the campus think that the world begins and ends with P&G. They could do with a little shaking up
