Pros

Best place to work at the beginning of your career- recruiters are all over you. Its like getting a second masters because you learn so much and have such an ability to affect the business.

Cons

Alot of pressure in brand to deliver more business results than the next guy and do the build the organization activities. Impossible to have a true work life balance. Everyone works on vacation and emails go through the weekend. You'll be much happier with yourself if you just dedicate yourself to your career and don't try to divide yourself between work and home.

Pros

Good benefit package, and ok salary. Also relative independence in projects.

Cons

Slow decision-making. Most of the strategic decisions taken outside of the Warsaw office. People were not that ambitious. 85% of employees from 1 school! Very homogeneous environment.
