Pros

Great training (on-the-job & off-the-job) - especially leadership as you are working with multi-functional teams with separate reporting lines (and often interests), early responsibility, BIC compensation for brand management sector

Cons

Company has recently introduced 4 yr min promotion rule (vs. 3-yr previous) so it's a waiting game versus meritocracy and many of the best senior ABMs leave for that reason, office politics can be fairly bad depending on your unit as company is often internally-focused and process-led
