Pros

Training, Compensation, People. Great company to gain multiple business skills working with different functions and businesses

Cons

Work life balance, career advancement, transparency. Company is losing its strengths what made them where they are today with the enormous size and self created complexity that they need to deal with.

Pros

Lots of personal growth and leadership opportunities. There are almost no duds at this company. Great place to kick off you career for training-you'll be hot commodity when you want to leave. The company is held in the highest regard, especially in cincinnati where it's a badge of honor to work at p&g.

Cons

It cAn be really slow to move your projects forward because of ho much alignment you have to get from so many people.
