Pros

P&G is the largest Consumer Goods company in the world. You are expected to grow by expanding your capability into multiple areas of the business. The company is dedicated to the philosophy of "promote from within." The pay scale is very generous.

Cons

Most of the opportunities are in Cincinnati, OH or require relocation. As an ENORMOUS company, red-tape and operation in silos can make decisions and process that should be easy, very complex.

Pros

You are allowed to be managers at a very young age and given responsibility quite early on Good and friendly support from people within the organization worldwide Many managers are quite accessible and will spend time to understand your issues, as well as your strengths and weaknesses

Cons

P&G has many processes that may require administrative tasks and take time Certain managers put too much value on "exposure" and hierachy Some excellent technicians are overlooked, very difficult for technicians to be promoted to managers
