cluster increase learning curve, central of expertise and sharing, leveraging scale in both service to markets, scale up systems, and building expertise quickly.

Cons

Group thinking, reduces out of the box thinking vs. the multi cultural aspect of P&G. One way of operating and designing processes, not enough field interaction
