Pros

They take very good care of their people. They live by Purpose, Values, and Principles and this shows in their treatment of employees. Many opportunities for advancement if you perform well in current assignment. Long-term view of retaining people. For example, they incentive the sales force with stock instead of cash bonuses. As your salary grows (due to merit), so does the number of shares they give you.

Cons

Hard to advance as a caucasian male. They so strongly emphasize diversity that it becomes challenging to beat out peers for promotions.
