Pros

High responsabilities from day 1. Competent salary as intern. Good company insight. Good oportunity for later position. Great company to fill in resume.

Cons

Long work-days, unlimited number of meetings, some of them useless. Creativity limited by business needs. Local language and rules superseed the company global policies.

Pros

Perfect corporate structure, competitive salaries, real life projects assigned to interns, employees are valued significantly, great benefits in health, fast track careers.

Cons

Speaking for Gebze Plant, too much work is tried to be done with too few people. Competition is fierce and work life balance is poor. No time left for lunch!

Pros

Employees are given a high level of responsibility at all levels. It is a very stable company where you can feel that your job is secure. People are treated fairly and with respect.

Cons

Employees are given a high level of responsibility at all levels. Promotions and ratings systems are very closed. Even Managers cannot fully explain how raises and promotions are trully determined. More politics occur behind the scenes than many will admit.
