Pros

It is a great company to work for in case no one has heard that before. Plenty of opportunities for advancement and no internal politics at all. It is a utopian meritocracy.

Cons

Well it is big and slow to make decisions, I bet no one would have anticipated that from PG. They are beholden to WM for what that is worth, another profound insight.

- tough work and long hours are expected, especially in marketing - slight fear of bad news - meaning positives are always accentuated
