Pros

Pay and benefits. Scheduling allows for time off work. Opportunity for advancement. Tuition reimbursment program available.

Cons

Limited contact with upper management. Transparency within the corporation is limited as well. Time off work for family issues is not valued. Leadership is sometimes biased.

Pros

The fact that there is a big corporate culture of performance motivates you to work hard, but at the same time, poeple understand that every individual has their own responsibilities and ways of working, theres nothing that stops you from doing what you need to do and people trust you to get the job done

Cons

Sometimes there are issues with not meeting expectations if they arent made clear to you, they always emphasize that you are free to ask questions and to show your mistakes, but no one ever wants to make one. It is hard to get the attention of people cross functionally when you need them, despite the advertised fact that everyone listens to everyone else and helps out.

Pros

Very friendly environment and corporate culture, great people, perfect treatment of employee by the managment. Very good place to plan a long lasting career, especially if you want to balance it with your personal life, since P&G puts a lot of focus on personal needs of employees. Great athmosphere around employees in terms of mutual respect and collaboration.

Cons

Not enough competition and opportunities for intensive growth. Company where you would like to settle for a long career, than a place where you can advance fast in the ranks. Strong focus on internal knowledge and procesess rather than industry standard. Compensation does not include bonuses and promotion requires long time.
