Pros

great values, great people, opportunity to grow professionally (dont expect too many promotions - very flat org). Great products and good market share

Cons

work life balance, lack of clear and continued vision - one day its profits, one day its innovation, next day is global expansion.

Pros

You get to work with the smartest people and learn from them. As a hire from within company everyone is keenly interested in your development and career. There are some great opportunities to do some amazing things.

Cons

P&G is notoriously slow at promoting folks especially at the lower levels. Also there is a great variance in workload depending on the brand you work on. Some brands are known to be better at work life balance than others.
