Pays more than its competitors. Recruitment process is very stringent. Technical resources in development project get good exposure to niche skills.

Cons

Many employees at all levels were sacked often. If you are indispensable you may get promotion and pay hike but there is a high possibility for you to get sacked in future. There are a few in leadership team who are not comfortable working with employees intelligent than them and afraid of losing their importance and only yes men can work under them. There are a lot of redundant roles. Stop promoting just for the sake of promoting and making employees ineffective on their new roles. If you are a new employee you may feel isolated and feel reporting to a boss not smarter than you.
