Excellent benefits. A lot of vacation and sick days plus 15 paid holidays. I met some really great people here.

Cons

A lot of turnover with management and employees, leading to constant changes in the internal process. It’s hard to feel settled in an environment like this. Not a great work/life balance depending what area you work in.
