Pros
I learned a ton working at Prodigious, probably the most in my professional career to date. The accounting and ops teams across the business units were amazing, helpful and patient with us while we got new procedures and process up and running. Colleagues in other departments, like post or studio, were happy to stop and discuss items with us during month end close, even when they were facing some tight turnarounds themselves.
Cons
Deadlines, endless, endless deadlines... it was almost impossible to catch up on daily work when every other week a major reporting item was due. Our team regularly worked 80-90 hours a week and still didn't feel like they were above water. Our salaries were below industry standard and our manager road us into the ground so it's no wonder there was such high turnover in the role (at least 6 or 7 FM's in ~3 years across 2 locations).
