Pros

The benefits are good, mostly due to being part of Publicis Groupe. Pays overtime (unheard of in this business but rather refreshing). Kudos on that one. The projects can be interesting and diverse, but a little on the light side at times.

Cons

Pay isn't great, and there are no raises. Does not seem to have an advancement structure so an employee can thrive. Company is always making cut backs. Has a tendency to expect employees to figure out tasks not necessarily associated with that employee's role. Very hands off upper management, too secretive. Employee reviews are pointless to the employees.

Pros

Well defined career path for developers. Great working environment, nice and talented people and depending on the project you can learn a lot and be challenged. There are 3 days of working from home and there are some buses that can bring you to the office. Also there's free parking for the employees with car.

Cons

Salaries are OK but if you have a lot of time in the company you'll be making significantly less than the new hires that have your same title. They're always changing the way to do salary increases and last time the majority of us got 4% increase. Also some of our team members that were promoted received a ridiculous small amount of money for their promotion. There's almost none opportunities for the people in the management path.
