Pros

Management - Furthest thing from micro managing. Allow you to conduct your day to day sales how you see fit. Vacation and Holidays - Time off is hard to beat Benefits - Great benefits. As a sales person you are well taken care of.

Cons

Not many. Sometimes you are at the mercy of other employees to do their job well to land a sale.
