I started in a support role and was encouraged to advance in to new ones. There is no ceiling to break through. If you have the talent and drive, you can advance. Very generous with profit sharing on up years. With a history of very few layoffs in poor years

Cons

It’s a great place to work, but not necessarily an easy place to work. If you want to coast, this isn’t your place.
