Pros

Very small company opportunity, you get a chance to work alone. You gain experience in another culture.

Cons

You don't get paid very well, long hours, no overtime pay. Upper management constantly watching you, and have extremely unobtainable expectations for one single human to do. Mostly everyone is very unprofessional and vulgar especially the Finance Manager. No room for growth.
