      Pros

      good at doing retail projects, great clients makes it a good place to value add your resume. The clientele gives you the exposure

      Cons

      1) no work-life balance 2) very less opportunity to grow in career 3) no growth in knowledge base, hence you become grounded 4) not a place to settle
