      Good Learning experience but bad Management

      Good Learning, Learn a lot about ecommerce and about the technology

      Cons

      Biased, Management treats customers as god, unrealistic deadline, have to work long hours to impress leads. Leads expect employees to stay in their seats for 10 to 12 hours even if no work. Decisions are made by handful of peaople. Company has seen no growth in the past 5 to 6 years. Same projects, same technology and same management.

      Good place for learning technology, extremely bad place for managers - Should have been named Unprofessional Inaccess.

      Pros

      If you are in technology stream, you get to learn a lot.

      Cons

      You would not have a life. Unreal deadlines. For project managers, the organization is the worst nightmare to be in. CEO is a person with no skills. He is not fit to be even a manager. The organization lacks a spine.
