Pros

Good place for learning and earning. Atmosphere is cool and people are supportive. The more you work, the more you learn there and the more you learn , the demand in projects increase. The projects adds value to the resume.

Cons

Very limited onsite opportunities. Onsite is mostly for Architect, BA and Technical lead. Not much growth for testing team.

TOP Management "imported from US" didn't even knew difference between rows and columns...what more distress can an employee face when you are cornered since you turned company image in front of clients
