Upper management would never communicate to us in the lower realm, unrealistic job expectations or basically you would be hired for a specific role but then they would add whatever they wanted to it, no work/life balance, no proper standard operating procedures, plus you had to report to multiple people and not just one person which made getting things done that much harder.
