Company goes to great lengths to impress its new hires with seminars and pep talks, and promises to provide employees with the skills and training they need to be successful. Then they terminate employees who aren't seen as good candidates for the job for any reason. Do not apply for this job unless you are prepared to lose it in a moment's notice.
