Pros

Great company to work with. They cared about their staff and even though the company was off site, there was no problem getting in touch with someone in the office if needed.

Cons

Benefits were a little high and had to have personal and sick time combined into one instead of having them separately.

Pros

The whole network of staff is very friendly and educated on the company. There is no micromanagement, benefits are great, and one of the best healthcare companies that I worked for.

Cons

This company is a contract company so you can negotiate how long your contract with them will be. Also, they are stationed in San Antonio, TX and some people are contracted to different cities and communication can get difficult at times.

Pros

When I first considered interviewing with PPDG I of course read through reviews on multiple sites, and they were so all over the board it made it difficult to judge for myself if this would be the place for me. Now I can say that working with PPDG was the right decision! My coworkers and managers are courteous and friendly, and I love that so many of them are military veterans just because of the structure and common ground it seems to bring to the atmosphere. I can understand why this environment isn't ideal for everyone, though. Everyone truly does want to work toward the same goals and support each other to reach those goals. The company isn't afraid of change and adjustment for the purpose of becoming great, and that is refreshing.

Cons

The corporate bureacracy or "chain of command" can take a while to navigate through.
