      No growth potential No cross-training Health insurance carrier very expensive to cover spouse Sick days and PTO are combined

      Pros

      Not that many good things to say. There are some good employees here that really care about their jobs.

      Cons

      Very low pay for corporate employees, high turnover. The only people that get ahead at this company are those that spend half their time sucking up to the owner. They are very quick to write up their field employees.
