Pros

Experiences with this company will widely vary due to the nature of the business. I felt salary was a pro though others I've worked with in the same position were very unhappy about the recent benefits change forcing them to take lower pay for increased benefits. This did not affect me much.

Cons

Work-life balance? This is nursing forget it. Leadership will vary depending on your duty location. However any issues with leadership and you are completely on your own. End of every fiscal year is extremely stressful as you wait for word on your contract being renewed or not. I was on a sub contract meaning I answered to the boss on shift. The boss on site. The boss at PPDG. And also the boss of the original contract company. As you can imagine information dissemination was horrible. I was a target for harassment by a few co workers and asked to be moved to a slightly different shift because of it. The response was a write up for me.

Pros

great pay great co-workers generous time off enthusiastic at hiring great benefits great retirement

Cons

company doesnt know the day to day happening with employees, quick to do a " telephonic verbal warning" or a "telephonic write up" when "anyone" calls to report you. doesn't have to be a supervisor to call in. only listens to one side, doesnt care that you are innocent and other nurses are vindictive and backstabbers. quick to terminate if they feel you are jepordizing the contract.

Pros

The sites where you are hired are great. The pay is great along with the paid holidays and time off.

Cons

They are unorganized. No one seems to know what to do or what is going on with the site that they hire you for. There is no separation for sick or vacation pay. Your accrued leave is for both. They tend to ask you for repeated paper work that has already been sent to them.
