I don't have specific cons- the only cons are ones you would find in any other workplace [can't be lazy, must work well with others, put the customer first, etc]

Employee appreciation - monthly recognition of Birthdays and Anniversaries. Regular "Thank you" from people across the company.

Cons

Due to explosive growth year-over-year, the company is still catching up with automation and system.

Family but growing

Pros

There is definitely a sense of family about this company. The original family members work to keep it feeling like a family. Hand written birthday and anniversary cards from the owner. Outstanding employee recognition program. Recognition for major employment miles stones. Yet at the same time, management has embraced growth and technology to keep the company current and moving forward. Lots of capital and time have been spent on upgrading computers, handhelds, processes and software to stay at the forefront. In fact, we are far ahead, technology-wise, than the majority of companies in our industry.

Cons

There are no more cons here than any other sales-based company.
