Pros

You make great money, especially for an entry-level position. They give you a week of intense training.

Cons

This job is only for a very specific type of person. You have to expect/ almost enjoy being yelled at over the phone. You have to be comfortable with manipulating secretaries all day everyday, and there is very high pressure to preform and adjust quickly.
