Pros

Drivers are treated fairly. The pay is competitive. There's no politics in the workplace, and we go about our business without any problems. Good equipment and safety are top priorities.

Cons

Long hours on the road, but that's (work) life if you're a trucker.

Not sure there are any, maybe you have a couple of good colleagues who would make the job bearable.

Cons

Pretty much everything else. This is arguably the worst leadership team I've ever worked for. Issues of favoritism and discrimination were frequent management challenges. It's incredibly demoralizing and creates a very toxic work environment. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Proficient Auto Transport!

For me, it's been a great learning experience. I've seriously improved my skills, and my colleagues deserve some of the credit because they're always ready to help or share knowledge. It's easy to get things done because of the supportive and professional environment, well-maintained equipment, and good structure.
