The pay is reasonable, especially since I know how to do my job more efficiently.

Cons

The main problem with working for Proficient Auto Transport is incompetent management. Most of our managers here are clueless and ignorant, and they don't contribute anything positive to the employees and the workplace. I had to learn everything on my own because our supervisors are lazy and useless.

Awfully Tight Schedules and Brutally Long Hours on the Job Can Have Long-Term Complications

If you have the right approach and attitude, you can learn plenty of things here in a short amount of time.

Cons

The work schedule was terribly unpredictable. You will have to face many challenging situations as the management will pass on the stress of many situations to you. The work hours I had to put in were insane. They had awful effects on my health in the long run. It was ridiculous. Please beware and take care of your physical and mental well-being when you work here or you will regret it later, as I am!

The real issue was the company's backward-thinking approach to planning and coordination. It was evident that the boss was either too disconnected or unwilling to address the recurring issues. This shortcoming led to frequent mix-ups and an overall frustrating experience. I often felt aggravated by the lack of clear direction and the disorganized nature of the work assignments, which made the job unnecessarily stressful,
