The man running the place 35 years of experience has an ego so big he can’t see the reality of changing times!

I can’t truly say anything positive. The pay is less than a Swift driver

Cons

Any positive review from Proficient is staged by them. Equipment failure is an everyday issue with them and they will not pay for you your lost time. 3 years with them and I wish I could have that time back.

Nothing good about this Place , except Dewain . Poor man has a tough job and really does his best .

Cons

Doesn’t Appreciate Good Drivers , Will cheat you on your last pay . Company has lost over 20 drivers in the last month what does they tell you. Pay is below Average. Equipment is Junk most of the truck is old tired Peterbilts with over million miles . Sadly Proficient has the reputation of being the Swift of Car Hauling
