The benefits are decent. The nature of the job is also a bit laid back.

Cons

If you ever make the horrible mistake of accepting a job here, prepare to be verbally abused. Most managers here are rude and condescending people who like to talk down and say terrible things to employees. The work environment is terrible and filled with anxiety because every employee knows just how terrible the managers are. The pay isn't even good.

They have flexible working hours.

Cons

Poor management and delayed payments. Lots of drivers leaving this place because of inefficiency. They do not appreciate their employees and the payments do not cover for all the work you have to put in.
