It is a company that promotes its employee’s well-being and safety. Being acknowledged for our work is particularly motivating because few companies make an effort to do so. If something is confusing, you only have to ask fellow drivers. Everybody is willing to assist.

This company's management is awful, and the managers don't guide nor support the employees. There's definitely no career growth for employees here, and the horrible management creates a toxic work atmosphere. Moreover, the salary and benefits are ridiculously lackluster.

Proficient is the worst place to work for. You can spend your entire career here and get nothing in return. So, don't!

Cons

The management is awful. They severely underpay the drives and never care about how they will manage their expenses with such ridiculous and terrible pay. They also wanted drivers to be always available, which was insane as it led to a poor work-life balance and added to everyone's stress levels.
