      I have been working at Proficient Auto Transport for the past year, and I couldn't be happier. The company is professional, organized, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. The team has a great collaborative atmosphere, with team members working together to ensure that each customer is given the best possible service. The team is friendly and welcoming, and the company is dedicated to providing the best possible service for their customers. Also, we have good pay and benefits.

      Great leadership team, management are approachable and easy to get along with. It’s a busy company so there’s never a dull day, and I appreciate that management empowers me to take initiative.

      Pros

      I really value my long-term partnership with PAT because it has that perfect balance of autonomy and support. Running my own business means I have control of how much I want to earn. But focusing only on the business means my family time can be compromised. Good thing PAT helps me in reaching that equilibrium. Benefits include: Administration assistance, Discounts on parts and labor, Fuel provision, Profit sharing, and other perks. Glad to have found an opportunity where I can put my entrepreneurial skills to the test – and successfully pass it!

      Cons

      Cost of maintaining trucks, especially the older models.
