      I've given everything but don't get anything

      Pros

      Driving was everything I knew and enjoyed doing, but I'm also dedicated and loyal and deserve more.

      Cons

      I gave up my time for the job, but still don't get the appreciation. I deserve most especially the raise that I've been expecting for years. I've given everything to this job but don't get anything in return.

      Pros

      Most of my co-workers are friendly and great to hang out with. Plenty of employees here are very hardworking.

      Cons

      The management, for some reason, just has no respect for us drivers. The managers talk to us as if we don't deserve or are only wasting their time by communicating with them. I feel like I'm being treated like a dispensable garbage. This company has a very toxic management, and I wish people from the upper management will do something about this.

      It's great working with my fellow employees.

      Cons

      What's not great, though, is working with our managers. The people in the management have zero respect for employees. They think too highly of themselves and believe that we do not deserve the same treatment as they do. We are constantly looked down on, and this shows not only how they treat us but also the low pay and benefits that we receive.
