Pros

Drivers here get to work independently due to minimal management intervention. Most of my colleagues are hardworking and great people.

Cons

I'm not saying all, but there are some managers who act very disrespectfully toward us truck drivers. These people obviously look down on us drivers, and they don't believe that we deserve any level of respect from them. These horrible managers with such repulsive beliefs should be removed from this company.

Pros

To be very bluntly honest, NONE. Pay was not worth the stress and workload

Cons

Run by clowns. They are totally disorganized and you will slip through the cracks even if you call them every day. They are behind on several driver's pay and shorting loads. They don't care about the drivers, they just care about getting deliveries done. They are full of lies and excuses while always looking to blame the drivers for everything. Working here is the worst I have ever been talked to or treated in any place I have ever worked.

Consistent high turnover

Pros

Putting in my notice and never looked back. Weeks before I resigned, I was stressed and anxious all the time, the work took a toll on my health. When I resigned, it felt like a huge weight had been lifted of my back.

Cons

Ownership was so out of touch with reality and unwilling to self-reflect on any feedback that was provided, despite being an "open source" environment. The constant blame-shifting had caused turnover at every level in all departments to be consistently high. Bills would not get paid. A mandate of 12-1 lunch hour was enforced. Expect to be treated like you are a child and have cameras pointing at you in all corners of the office.
