Proficient is the worst place to work for. You can spend your entire career here and get nothing in return. So, don't!

Cons

The management is awful. They severely underpay the drives and never care about how they will manage their expenses with such ridiculous and terrible pay. They also wanted drivers to be always available, which was insane as it led to a poor work-life balance and added to everyone's stress levels.

The team has a great collaborative atmosphere, with team members working together to ensure that each customer is given the best possible service. The team is friendly and welcoming, and the company is dedicated to providing the best possible service for their customers. Also, we have good pay and benefits.

There can be long-drives at times.
