      Pros

      I really value my long-term partnership with PAT because it has that perfect balance of autonomy and support. Running my own business means I have control of how much I want to earn. But focusing only on the business means my family time can be compromised. Good thing PAT helps me in reaching that equilibrium. Benefits include: Administration assistance, Discounts on parts and labor, Fuel provision, Profit sharing, and other perks. Glad to have found an opportunity where I can put my entrepreneurial skills to the test – and successfully pass it!

      Cost of maintaining trucks, especially the older models.

      Pros

      They are flexible with scheduling and the managers seem to really care. The trucks are in good condition and are well maintained. They give full benefits and have bonuses on top of a high pay.

      I can’t think of any.

      Some managers are horrible and disrespectful toward drivers

      Pros

      Drivers here get to work independently due to minimal management intervention. Most of my colleagues are hardworking and great people.

      Cons

      I'm not saying all, but there are some managers who act very disrespectfully toward us truck drivers. These people obviously look down on us drivers, and they don't believe that we deserve any level of respect from them. These horrible managers with such repulsive beliefs should be removed from this company.
