      Rules that don't make any sense

      Pros

      There are more benefits offered hopefully we can really claim them all.

      Cons

      There are too many rules to follow even when some of them don't really make any sense. Most drivers are not very happy about the pay when we learned other companies pay mush better.

      The internal processes were well-organized

      Cons

      It was back-breaking work. The workload was mostly on higher side, and there were loads rules and regulations that one had to follow. I didn't like the idea of doing the same job for the rest of my life.

      Pros

      Cool industry and there were good people working there.

      Cons

      There was no teamwork. Work ethic and employee morale was very poor, working hours were long, there was no work-life balance, non-performing management who would just sit all day and do nothing but to bully and abuse the workers. If you are smart enough or have the courage to stand against them, they would give you threats of firing you.
