Not one, the other employees were the only good thing.

Cons

The CEO and the management did not care about their employees. They will work you to death for 55 plus hours a week . No social life whatsoever. IF you see any good review about this company, it's because the CEO had HR went around to every employee and asked them to put up a good review. Insane.

The internal processes were well-organized

It was back-breaking work. The workload was mostly on higher side, and there were loads rules and regulations that one had to follow. I didn't like the idea of doing the same job for the rest of my life.

Cool industry and there were good people working there.

Cons

There was no teamwork. Work ethic and employee morale was very poor, working hours were long, there was no work-life balance, non-performing management who would just sit all day and do nothing but to bully and abuse the workers. If you are smart enough or have the courage to stand against them, they would give you threats of firing you.
