One of the few truck driving jobs where you actually can make good money while still have the time to enjoy life. Great place to work even for drivers with entry-level experience. Steady loads even on slow seasons. Good client base, plenty of hours and miles if you want it. Go home or take the weekend off when you want it, no forced dispatch.

Cons

No real downsides, long hours and miles sometimes but that’s trucking

You won't run out of things to do and you get to experience all types of job.

Cons

There's no growth here even when you're wearing multiple hats because there's just no learning or opportunities to advance your career here. No matter how strong your experience and your background, you'll never get to be promoted or advance in your career because of nepotism and favoritism.
