The jobs you do here can be anything and everything. Whatever the manager can assign you and think of, you'll have to do it. There's no proper job description and responsibilities here. There's no proper organization and anything just goes.

They provide an intensive training program in class and hands-on

Cons

They have very strict policies for drivers. You have to pass the written test and the actual test after training, and passing should both be a hundred percent without mistake. You then get a mentor when you start working and that's where everything gets bad. Maybe I was unlucky to have grumpy mentor whom you can't please in any way. Everything you do is wrong or not a hundred percent right.

There is no opportunity to grow. Management won't help you succeed. You won't realize your true potential here. There isn't a lot of trainings and seminars provided by the company and you will shoulder all the expenses for outside trainings and seminars.
