      Zero respect for employees

      Pros

      It's great working with my fellow employees.

      Cons

      What's not great, though, is working with our managers. The people in the management have zero respect for employees. They think too highly of themselves and believe that we do not deserve the same treatment as they do. We are constantly looked down on, and this shows not only how they treat us but also the low pay and benefits that we receive.

      Pros

      The company provided sufficient training to all employees. Sometimes, the training was customized to meet the specific needs of an employee.

      Cons

      There were many highs and lows in the job, which made me feel that I was working in an unstable atmosphere. I prefer more stability in life and don't like surprises much. I switched when I go another offer.

      Opportunity to receive a reasonable income for demonstrated talent.

      Cons

      Over four years of actual experience, management contrived and fomented chaos being endemic. The historic reality is that the overwhelmingly consistent process employed on a routine basis is inconsistency. The casualty listing of former employees who invested of themselves in this company is at best extremely disturbing. Too borrow from other Glassdoor commentaries; 'Prospective employee beware"
