Seriously there wasn't any. If there's one, it's the coworkers.

Cons

Management was very young and extremely inexperienced, not only about the industry but also managing employees. They were in way over their heads. Unqualified employees there was put in their place. There was little leadership or guidance in work. Tasks change on the fly and there was no set job description.

There are more benefits offered hopefully we can really claim them all.

Cons

There are too many rules to follow even when some of them don't really make any sense. Most drivers are not very happy about the pay when we learned other companies pay mush better.

Gaining experience is sure thing at Proficient Auto Transport.

Cons

Too much favoritism. Some drivers will get lots of overtime and other gets none to very little. Don't trust what they say and watch your pay because they will not pay you for all hours worked. Stay away if you value your sanity.
