I like working independently, and the managers let me.

Cons

Some of the managers here are rude and impolite. I rarely interact with them because employees here actually work independently. The managers do not meddle with our affairs. However, the few times that I interacted with the managers, they were very impolite and disrespectful toward me. They made it sound like they hated talking to me for some reason.

There have been no reasons to like working here. I warn you against joining this company.

There were awful levels of sexual harassment there. Some horrible, arrogant, rude, and disrespectful people are extremely biased toward female employees. It was ridiculous that they were allowed to do power abuse like that. The authorities must take action against such people!
